It is the law in BC ……..

In order to be a member of or donate to an “Elector Organization” [ie a municipal political party] in a city or municipality in British Columbia, we are required by law to ollect your complete name and address in order to ensure that you are an ‘eligible voter’ as defined by legislation.

Ultimately, by BC election law, we must file the cumulative amounts you pay for membership or give in donation to Elections BC.
