Membership is intended for the exclusive use of registered municipal voters (ie you were able to vote in the 2018 municipal election for West Vancouver’s Mayor and Councillors).

There is a small fee that we use as a source of fundraising to support Civix events.

Incorporated in BC in May of 2021

The purpose of the Society is the promotion and advancement of the elements, processes or objectives of direct democracy as characteristics of governance in British Columbia at the level of local governments, including but not limited to municipalities and regional districts.
