  • Determines the strategic mix of Resources, Processes and Focus that the organization will execute to achieve its purpose.

  • Decides:

    • the ultimate platform to be adopted by Civix

    • the selection of Civix Candidates for Oct 2022 Municipal Election

    • Other strategic and high level decisions to be made in the best interest of Civix and its purpose.

  • broad policies for Civix

    • Delegating who can communicate and represent Civix and its Members in public news releases, announcements
